What has always been known is confirmed. That’s what NPR really meant.
To a lot of voters, this is like “revenge porn”. I have no problem letting people know it’s out there, and a security risk for Joe, but evidence of corruption with China, Ukraine, and other corrupt countries is more likely to give people second thoughts about Biden. The more of them that stay home, the better. Might even impact the down ticket races.
