TRUMP WILL WIN 350+ ELECTORAL VOTES. THERE IS NO GARY JOHNSON on the ballot to peel off his support and incumbency will consolidate his 2016 winnings. Senate? He has coattails and I can just hear him say “Linda got what he deserved”. 6 year seat-ouch!
Truth bump.
I never knew before that Lou Dobbs is a stupid fool. The only time to unseat a Republican Senator is in the Republican primary.
We cant afford to lose the Senate even if we have to drag the RINOs across the finish line.
Concur 100%!
Thats risking a COMPLETE loss of our basic rights, including 2A. No thanks -
stop claiming something that is totally untrue.
Lindsey Graham on Hannity was ABSOLUTELY RIGHT that Biden lost Pennsylvania with his oil industry remarks at the debate.
he couldn’t have been clearer.
listen from 1min in:
Fox News: Hannity: Graham: Biden has ‘declared war on the oil and gas industry’
Oct. 23, 2020 - 5:33 - Senate Judiciary Committee chairman tells ‘Hannity’ former vice president ‘lost Pennsylvania tonight’
https://video.foxnews.com/v/6204063747001#sp=show-clips
I don’t even like Graham, but I can’t believe how many times he has been completely misrepresented about this exchange on Hannity in the FR comments.
some have criticised Hannity for not catching on to what Graham was saying about “oil”, but today he opened his program with it.
besides, why aren’t all these articles being posted on FR today?
23 Oct: Newsweek: Democrats Rebuke Biden Over Plans to ‘Transition’ Away From Oil
By James Walker
Rep. Xochitl Torres Small of New Mexico said the oil sector was “part of the backbone” of the state’s economy and pledged to “stand up” to her party when they were “out of touch” with reality...
Her colleague Rep. Kendra Horn of Oklahoma said she also disagreed with Biden on energy policy, and argued that the U.S. had to “stand up for our oil and gas industry.”...
According to U.S. Energy Information Administration data, New Mexico became the country’s third largest oil producer in 2018 and still holds roughly 7 percent of U.S. crude oil reserves.
Oklahoma is close behind as the nation’s fourth largest crude oil producer, offering up 5 percent of all production of the fossil fuel. The state was also home to five refineries as of January last year...

Another vulnerable freshman Democrat, Rep. Xochitl Torres Small (D-M.N.) warned against demonizing the industry and stated she would continue to stand up to my party when theyre out of touch with the reality on the ground....
Democrats, Republicans and Independents know that the U.S. natural gas and oil industry delivers affordable and reliable energy to American families and businesses and all over the world, the American Petroleum Institute said in a statement following the debate. We are proud of the grit, innovation and progress we’ve made so that Americans no longer have to choose between environmental progress and access to affordable, reliable and cleaner energy. And we arent going anywhere....

23 Oct: CBS Dallas: Gov. Abbott Responds After Biden Calls For Transition From Oil
Bidens statement also got the attention of Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who tweeted: Biden wants to transition away from the oil industry. He just killed paychecks earned by hardworking families in Texas. Joe just wants to transition away from Texas. Remember that on election day....
“Basically what he is saying is he is going to destroy the oil industry, Trump said. Will you remember that Texas? Pennsylvania? Oklahoma? Ohio?
Trump won all four states in 2016, but Pennsylvania in particular is a pivotal swing state this cycle, with both candidates investing heavily. Ohio is also in play, and Democrats even see Texas as a longshot pickup on an expanded electoral map...
Bidens comments could also add headaches for Democrats in oil-heavy states. Rep. Kendra Horn, an Oklahoma Democrat who flipped a Republican seat in 2018, tweeted that she disagreed with Biden...

23 Oct: The Hill: OVERNIGHT ENERGY: Democrats play defense, GOP goes on attack after Biden oil comments | Energy Dept. exempts quick dishwashers from existing efficiency standards | Ocasio-Cortez says having Green New Deal would have helped handle COVID-19 pandemic
By Rebecca Beitsch and Rachel Frazin
Vice President Pence is campaigning in Ohio and Pennsylvania on Friday, jumping on Bidens comments at a rally in Swanton, Ohio.
And less than 24 hours after the debate, the Trump campaign unveiled a new advertisement airing in Pennsylvania that features Bidens remarks on oil. In the ad, a fracking technician claims that a Biden administration would end fracking and be devastating to the state...
Tim Murtaugh, Trumps communications director, told reporters late Thursday that Biden accidentally told the truth tonight.
It is impossible to campaign in places such as Pennsylvania and try to be both things at once. You cannot be Joe from Scranton who cares about American workers jobs, people who work in the fracking industry, and have AOC writing your climate change policy at the same time, Murtaugh said, referencing Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.)...
Lets hear from the strategists...
-I do think thats going to be used in places like Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Basil Smikle, a political strategist and lecturer at Columbia University, told The Hill. He will have to do a lot of work to clean that up in the next couple of days.
-Bryan Lanza, a former Trump campaign official, said the debate represented a victory for Trump because he was able to coax errors from Biden.
I think thats a huge unforced error, he said of the oil comments.
If Texas was ever moving purple this moved it right back to red, Lanza said. In Pennsylvania, it reinforces the fears that theyve had about this guy....
The Energy Department on Friday finalized a rule that exempts dishwashers that clean and dry in an hour or less from existing energy and water efficiency standards...
The finalized rule comes days after President Trump appeared to tout his administrations dishwasher efficiency rollback during a campaign stop in Nevada.
The dishwashers, they tend to have a little problem, they didn’t get enough water, so people would run them 10 times, so people end up using more water, and the things no damn good, he said last weekend.
We freed it up. Now you can buy a dishwasher, and it comes out. It’s beautiful, go buy a dishwasher, he added...

24 Oct: Reuters: Democrats in U.S. drilling states push back against Biden oil remarks
By Nichola Groom; Additional reporting by Valerie Volcovici
From Texas to Montana, Democrats locked in tight congressional races in Nov. 3s general election took to Twitter to affirm their support for the fossil fuel industries and workers in their states.
Ill always stand up to my party when its out of touch with our Montana way of life, Governor Steve Bullock, who is running for U.S. Senate, tweeted on Friday...
He is going to destroy the oil industry, Trump said. Will you remember that Texas? Will you remember that Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Ohio?...
I disagree with VP Bidens statement tonight, Democratic Representative Xochitl Torres Small, whose district includes portions of New Mexicos oil-rich Permian basin, tweeted after the debate, saying the country should not demonize a single industry....
Torres Small said she was willing to break with her party on the issue, a sentiment echoed by Bullock, who briefly sought the Democratic presidential nomination himself, and U.S. Representative Kendra Horn of Oklahoma...
U.S. Representative Lizzie Fletcher, a Democrat running for re-election in Houston, the capital of the U.S. oil industry, said in a statement that Bidens comments fail to address the complexity of our energy needs and plan for our future....
Democratic vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris said Trump was blowing her running mates comments out of proportion.
The president likes to put everything out of context, the California senator said at a campaign stop in Atlanta.

He said Biden lost it!
I don’t think it’s going to be that close, and we’ll win another seat to replace him in the Senate. I hate having to settle for someone as bad as Graham again.
Really?
Two words, Supreme Court.
Two more, Second Amendment
One more, Primary
Amen to that. The Democrat is about as liberal as it gets and the DNC is poring money into his campaign. I will take Lindsey over him any day.
Wow! A powerful anti-Trump ad but some of those things he obviously said before the 2016 election though some images are relevant to the current race.
The point of the ad is to be an anti-Graham ad. The clips about Trump were from the 2016 election, and then about Graham’s love fest with Biden. This was totally meant to be anti-Graham. Pretty powerful if you ax me.
So Dobbs wants to risk losing the Senate?
That’s true.
You gotta admit though, Lindsey does everything he can to undermine Trump in any way he can, almost all the time.
He did surprise everyone in the Kavanaugh hearings, but did you notice what an exceptional thing that was for him?
AZ, MI, MN, and others are all looking better.
If we can run the table there for a net gain of two... Happy day, and take the same deal in 2024 when Pierre runs again.
But hey - I don’t vote in SC so it’s not like I have any say, really.
No we cant. We need to keep the senate. With Romney and others, we need more then 50 if we even keep the senate. A big if.
Do you really believe Jamie Harrison is going to run away with this against Graham?
Lou has lost his ever loving fricken mind. Seriously - his suggestion is ridiculous. He single handedly saved Kavanaugh and has promoted ACB beautifully.
STFU, LOU!!!
