I am sure he will bring his own attorney. Nothing like an unrecorded interview to put a client in danger.
I have always been suspicious that the FBI does not allow its agents to record interviews, but uses notes taken by an agent (why they do interviews with two agents) and the actions of the FBI have only confirmed my suspicions.
That 302 system is clearly a conflict of interest, especially with the current availability and cost of digital video and audio recording.
Of course the recording should be performed by both sides.
