I am sure he will bring his own attorney. Nothing like an unrecorded interview to put a client in danger.
I have always been suspicious that the FBI does not allow its agents to record interviews, but uses notes taken by an agent (why they do interviews with two agents) and the actions of the FBI have only confirmed my suspicions.

There was a nice scene in Eastwood’s film Richard Jewell where the naive and innocent Jewell is called in by the FBI for questioning. He only “wants to help” but their goal is to trip him up and ruin him.

I hope he takes his lawyer. The FBI is an agency I don’t trust.
They have already been sitting on that laptop for a year in the midst of an election. It would appear taht hey are working for Biden.
