He has been practicing for the past week to time his ‘high’ to 90 ,imutes, but when his adrenalin spiked it burned up a portion of Joe’s up time from his meds. If he is the president in 2021 Heels Up Harris will take over before May Day. Biden is eroding rapidly. Give the old fart a case of whiskey and shuttle him to a home for dementia.
