A man who was recently added to the FBI’s Most Wanted list for a cartel execution in Texas is linked to murders in the border state of Nuevo Leon, where his organization has established almost total control over one of Mexico’s wealthiest communities.

In recent weeks, gunmen believed to be working under orders of Jose Rodolfo “El Gato” Villarreal carried out murders in the ritzy suburb of San Pedro within the greater Monterrey metro...

Last week the FBI added El Gato to the list of Most Wanted fugitives for the 2013 murder of a cartel attorney in Southlake, Texas, near Dallas. Villarreal continues to operate a criminal empire anchored in San Pedro. Yet another reason that Laredo Texas, and the Rio Grande Valley, desperately need their new Border Wall System. Another FBI Most Wanted desperado wreaking havoc on the loose over there.

The area on the other side of the river from them is rife with violent criminals, who bring their violence and drugs into our Country.

Partner, the Southern Border Wall will stop a lot of this crime coming over to the Texas side.

We probably need to work on the wall between the Big Bend National Park to San Diego and from the Southern part of Big Bend National Park to Brownsville at the same time.

Maybe that is what they are doing now.

I know its more expensive but we need the Southern Border Wall from Big Bend to Brownsville and the other big piece of fencing.

Border barriers are useful. But it’s a deepening struggle as our country becomes more and more Hispanic. When narco gangs can recruit from both sides of the border, move freely and blend in on both sides of the border - combatting them grows ever more difficult.
