Giuliani announced during an appearance on Newsmax on Tuesday evening that he had handed the hard drive over to the Delaware State Police over the images of minors. He also shared a text message exchange between Hunter and what he believes to be his father.

Depends on the time line. If this partnership took place prior to Jan 20 2017, then there’s a conflict of interest, and if Joe used his office to influence US policy in favor of China and benefit his partnership, that’s the ball game. He can be prosecuted. If after then, it’s a partnership that would have to be dissolved prior to any inauguration, but lawful until then. If Joe loses, as I’m sure he will, it’s moot.
