Trump Campaign Rejects Mike Huckabee's Advice About Hunter Biden

On "Fox & Friends" Wednesday morning, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee gave President Trump some advice he will likely decline. He wants the president to stop talking about how Democratic nominee Joe Biden's son Hunter sat on the board of a corrupt Ukrainian gas company while he was vice president and overseeing U.S. relations with Ukraine.

"It is a mistake" to keep bringing up the Hunter Biden scandal, Huckabee explained, "Because most people don't understand it, it's too complicated. And frankly, it doesn't matter to them."

It’s ludicrous to you and me; but, like it or not, there are tons of suburban women who feel sorry for their druggie or pervert kids but won’t feel sorry for the old man. So it’s best to emphasize what Joe did wrong rather than what his son did wrong.

Hunter was directly involved with Joe's influence peddling operation. You can't separate the two, they acted in partnership. Hunter's drug problem is not the issue.

The issue is whether, as president, Joe will direct US policy to benefit countries that have fed money to him through his son, or used his son's (and possibly his own) sexual scumbaggery as fodder for blackmail.

What's complicated is explaining how Hunter Biden was legitimately given $3.5 million by the widow of the mayor of Moscow. It is obvious to most people exactly what's happening here because the graft here is too obvious. The only hard part is devising a plausible explanation for why the payment isn't what it looked like.

Lots of areas in Hunter Biden's actions that are unexplainable by the Bidens.

Given Rudy has been slow-walking the news, Trump needs to talk about it. The media covers him. Not sure if they cover Rudy, who is not what he used to be.

Trump just needs to explain the term ‘blackmail” and why an American president should never be put in that position. I believe Obama was probably blackmailed over his hidden past-just my opinion.

They understand the fact that Biden lied about knowing about what his son was doing!

I like Mike - and he’s a staunch supporter of President Trump.

So he disagrees with the campaign about something. That’s OK with me - and I bet it’s OK with the President too.

President Trump has a lot going for him, including great people like Mike Huckabee.

Unlike Biden, this President doesn’t need to be surrounded by “yes men“ who parrot the same agreed-upon talking points.

Sheeesh.

I think that the president does need to INCLUDE references to the good things in the economy during his presidency in his speeches. And Buyden’s tax increase plans

Huckabee explained, "Because most people don't understand it, it's too complicated. And frankly, it doesn't matter to them."

Tell that to the women interviewed on CBS This Morning, they ALL were aware of it and none of them liked it.

This isn’t about Hunter Biden, it’s about Joe Bidens complicity, duplicity and active participation involving enemies of the United States ... and Biden wants to be President (or, sometimes, senator).

Everybody keeps promising a huge bombshell but I think we’ve seen all that we are going to see.
