The Biden family is content to run down the clock by not saying they are guilty or not guilty. It makes it more likely that Biden could win....and Kamala become president if he was totally guilty. They want to wait until after the election to face the music ...so as to potentially get a Democrat in the WH.
Heck, they may get some grateful Democrats show them mercy for getting the party all the way to the Whitehouse....rather than having it play out just prior to Election Day.
