SCOTUS has affirmed that flag burning is free speech, but the federal US Marshall service now considers depicting burning of a "protected" flag to be discrimination. Sorry, but in a just world, the guy who posted the image or video would never have to work again after the lawsuit. The US Marshalls are the government which cannot interfere with free speech, per the SCOTUS decision.
