It's already been proved to be legit. Fox has contacted some of the recipients of the emails who have confirmed it. Plus there was Hunter's signature on the receipt when he handed in the laptop for repairs. Plus Hunter's lawyer sent an email to the shop owner asking for his laptop back. Plus there is a guy in jail who handed all his own emails to and from Hunter to Giuliani. There was a guy on Tucker last night who went through all this.

All that may have some relevance if it were an anti trust case. It's a charge of deliberate, malicious bias against Republicans and President Trump as well as blatant interference in the elections on behalf of Biden. All those charges hold.
