How could a person “accidentally” do something like this? Was he participating in the meeting while using the toilet?More like he was noodling his little head during the entire Zoom meeting. Good thing he didn't claim he was hacked.

Very weird. He never ever explains exactly why it would occur to him to do something like this...just an oopsie that he got caught.
Now there is the zoom meeting attendee, a woman, who decided to go and use the bathroom in the middle of the meting and didn’t turn her off her video feed..the expressions on the faces of the other folks were wonderful!
