Back fully campaigning after COVID-19 sidelined him, President Donald Trump returned to familiar form, spreading a litany of falsehoods.

Over the weekend, he asserted yet again the virus was “rounding the corner” when it isn’t, misrepresented Democratic rival Joe Biden’s tax proposals and resurrected unfounded claims about Biden and the business dealings of his son, Hunter Biden, in Ukraine.

TAXES and ECONOMY

TRUMP, in all capital letters: “Sleepy Joe Biden is proposing the biggest tax hike in our country’s history!” - tweet Saturday.

THE FACTS: It wouldn’t be the biggest.

Biden’s proposal would raise as much as $3.7 trillion in new revenue over a decade.

TRUMP: “We had the greatest economy in the history of our country.” - NBC town hall in Miami on Thursday.

THE FACTS: No, the numbers show it wasn’t the greatest in U.S. history.

TRUMP on Joe Biden and Ukraine: “I never had a quid pro quo. How about this quid pro quo? ‘We’re not going to give you the billion dollars unless you get rid of the prosecutor ... Stop investigating my son.’

THE FACTS: Trump is repeating a false claim alleging that Biden as vice president pressed to have a prosecutor fired while the prosecutor was investigating Burisma.

TRUMP: “When I see thousands of ballots dumped in a garbage can and they happen to have my name on it? I’m not happy about it.” — Miami forum.

THE FACTS: Nobody has seen that.

Folks. Whether or not you are a Christian, you should go to the book of Isaiah and read the story of Hezekiah, King of Judah, who had to face war with the king of Assyria. We are at the point where only the power of God's intervention in the terrible events taking place in our nation will make it a place worth living in for the majority of it's people, going forward. Oh, the Oligarchs will survive for a time, but, I would not want to be them when their reign is over. They have literally destroyed this nation for the sake of money, power and lust for all kinds of things. After being reared in an area where most people lived from hand to mouth, and being taught personal responsibility from toddler hood, I was fortunate to get an education and to live in America. My parents and our neighbors never practiced sexism, racism or any other kind of ism. I never saw people hating one another because we relied on one another for our basic survival. Now, nearly everyone has the basics of life and much more because they live in America, but those who have gotten very, very rich in America are bored and think if they an own the country, and can enslave the rest of us, that life will be worth living. I have news for them. It has been tried throughout history and did not turn out well for those who set themselves up as rulers through force.I have complete faith that God WILL intervene at some point in the affairs of mankind. Are we there now? Time will tell.

He's raising taxes as well as repealing previous tax cuts. That would be one of the biggest if not the biggest in history.

By what measure? When the stats show more people were working that at any time in history with multiple ethnic groups having their lowest ever unemployment rates on record, that is more than arguably the strongest economy in US history.

That's exactly what occurred - Biden is on tape bragging about it.
