In 2016 people chanted “Lock her up!”

For one reason or another, that didn’t happen. I think, in part, it was Trump’s compassion and I assume his opinion that locking up a major party candidate was divisive and disruptive and bad for the country.

We’re past that now, right? We really can start to lock people up, can’t we?
