I don't believe that to be the case. Like many, Beck probably assumes Flynn plead guilty to protect his son, as you mention.
Here Beck is just restating the initial game plan as proposed by Biden.
How ironic it's Joe who seems to violate the Logan Act by stating he would continue the "endeavor" they had started even as a private citizen.
I agree; Beck does love to interpret things for his audience. That seems to be the delivery preference of many modern journalists.

Okay I went back and just listened to it again, and Glenn Back definitely states that the Logan Act is what they got Gen, Flynn on. Go to about 2:29 and listen from there, about 10-15 seconds worth and you will hear it. Then tell me I was wrong. 8>)

Well I have no idea how much corruption exists or what the percentage is, but even if it's much lower, like 30%, that is still a huge problem. The more people get away with it means it grows even larger for sure. If it is 90% I don't know if we can ever regain control. So lets pray it isn't that large yet. That being said it wouldn't surprise me of it was that large though.
