It may rise to the level of criminal behavior (or impeachable offenses should Biden win). It may just be a snapshot of the legal, corrupt business-as-usual in Washington, DC, but it won't go away.
At some point, Biden will have to address the questions swirling around his son's money-making ventures, and, at some point, the media will have to raise the issue themselves.
At a televised "town hall event" Thursday night, George Stephanopolous refused to raise one question about the story that exploded on the scene Tuesday morning on the front page of the New York Post. We expected no less from George. After all, despite his title as the "Senior Anchor and Political Correspondent" of ABC News, we all know that he is a former Clinton Administration hack who has had a long and ongoing relationship with the Democratic Party, Joe Biden, and the Clinton family. We don't expect anything resembling journalism from George.

Oh, I disagree. If Biden wins, IT WILL GO AWAY because all he has to do is fire the investigators and prosecutors. That is why he cannot win!
If elected, Biden and Kamala will be there to to clean up the Obama-Clinton mess and repopulate the Deep State.
It’ll go away no matter what. Rules don’t apply to the dems. Anything bad about us is scripture and if you disagree you must be killed. Anything bad about them is russian disinformation or some such drivel.

I agree. Further I don’t think the Biden campaign cares a wit about the trap, what they are trying to do is have the Media bury the story.

What will help it go away is the fact that the left could care less what the Bidens did. The only thing that matters is defeating Trump, regardless of how dirty and/or incompetent their candidate is. Also, the govt. bureaucracy will protect its own and its dirty money sources, adding to the impetus to make it go away. Remember, the vast majority of the government is democrat/socialist/leftist, where credentials and legality don’t matter that much.

Joe is not as able to glibly lie about it like the Clintons do. He gets nasty and angry and even supporters don’t like it.

If Biden wins, it goes away. If JDT wins, he will make noise, but it will PROBABY go away, even if the Rs take the House.
There would be no stomach for impeaching a President Biden. Not a single damned Democrat would vote for it, and enough Rs would vote ‘Nay’ to make it fail.
Then, there’s the Senate. 2/3 in favor? Maybe if there were 95 Rs..
