So Mr. Pilot....I read your post and scratch my head.
I, for one and I’m nobody, do not know what to think about Barr. Bear in mind that he WAS appointed by President Trump and of course I wanted him to succeed.
But also, Trump is still the guy’s boss and could still fire him. But he doesn’t.
I must wonder why.
Because I think there’s a large element of truth to what you, and many others, say.
So why does Trump keep the guy around?
I have a theory, and just thought of it this morning so its off the cuff but...
Could it be that Barr was just a DOJ figurehead for the public while Giuliani was doing the real work of the DOJ for the president behind the scenes undetected? I mean if Giuliani had been the DOJ Im not sure he could have been able to uncover all this without the democrats knowing his every move.

Trump knows Barr is crooked. He also knows that Barr is deliberately trying to run out the clock and protect the Deep State. President Trump regularly screams his frustrations from the Twitter rooftops.
If the President is reelected, I would hope he would then fire Barr. But his replacement would be Attorney General #4 (Sessions, Whitaker (acting), Barr, and whoever he would nominate).
Who would have the courage (political and otherwise) to go after the corrupt FBI? Who would actually fire massive numbers of DOJ employees? The Dept of Injustice is infested with Democrats. Former Speaker Gingrich pointed out that 96% of DOJ employee donations went to Hillary in 2016.
I don't know the answer. Perhaps (again if Trump wins in November) the only answer is radical action (i.e. appointing a military judge to oversee the corrupt DOJ).
