NBC News will host a live town hall with Republican presidential nominee President Donald Trump, moderated by Savannah Guthrie, in Miami on Thursday, Oct. 15 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT. During the one-hour town hall, Guthrie will moderate a conversation between President Trump and a group of Florida voters on critical issues impacting their vote less than three weeks before Election Day.
The event will take place outdoors at the Pérez Art Museum Miami in accordance with guidelines set forth by health officials and consistent with all government regulations. NBC News has been given a statement by Dr. Clifford Lane, Clinical Director at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), indicating that he and Dr. Anthony Fauci have reviewed the presidents recent medical data, including a PCR test collected and analyzed by NIH on Oct. 13, and have concluded with a high degree of confidence that the president is not shedding infectious virus.
Both Guthrie and the president will be at least 12 feet apart from both each other and the audience. The audience will also be socially-distanced and required to wear face masks while on the premises, answer a symptoms questionnaire and take a temperature check prior to entering the outdoor venue. Every NBC News staffer will be tested on site on the ground in Miami.
The town hall will follow the same format and will air in the time slot as NBC News town hall with Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, moderated by Lester Holt, held last Monday, Oct. 5. In addition to airing on NBC, the primetime event will also air across MSNBC and CNBC, stream on NBC News NOW and be available in Spanish on Telemundos digital platforms.
Well I gave it 5 minutes, my head’s pounding. If I were POTUS I wouldn’t dignify NBC with an interview, never mind let one of their flunkies yammer at me like that.
She interrupts, accuses him of untruths, and she’s enjoying every minute of it.
HAHA!
Past Joe’s bedtime. He’s in his 3rd break in less than 1/2 hour!
That is what Trump said, I believe on Varney, this morning. He said that going on NBC he would reach an audience that doesnt usually hear him and thats why he does it. He knows he is going into an antagonistic place but I dont know if even he was prepared for being interrupted every 12 seconds. The 12 seconds is according to Luntz.
Yes. As part of a response to a woman who said one of her children is transgender. But I dont believe she disclosed the ages.
This guy makes Jeb! look high energy.
Hes beating her though. I think everyone can see that...even psycho Dems
He HANDLED Guthrie deftly. He was sharp as a tack. MUCH better than Cadaver Joe on ABC.
Looks like a black liberal woman moderating the next one, if it happens. Don’t know why they agree with these moderators.
Totally agree with your assessment!
another tweet I saw:
@thebradfordfile
Stephanopoulos sounds like he’s talking to a newborn.
Savanah Guthrie sounds like she’s screaming at an ex-lover.
I am pretty sure she said her kids were 8 and 10 and she said her youngest was transgender.
Thanks finally got it up again.
LOL
Ok. Thanks for clarifying that.
I thought all the Covid questions in the beginning were to try to trap him into saying that he had not been tested before he went to the debate, hoping to get him to say that he was around people after testing positive and spreading the virus. He didnt fall for it though.
He didn’t have to. Rudy said there would be five days of news breaking. Let his surrogates handle it - and the digital army. We will get the truth out regardless of what @jack does.
LOL....love it!!
Exactly right!
Savannah now making a good point about why he didnt replace ObamaCare when Republicans had Congress. Trump dancing around the answer but still giving a great response considering his own Republicans aka McCain kept him from completely eliminating ObamaCare.
ANSWER Paul Rino & fake republican Johnny M
Probably Soros paid trolls post on FR to dilute the really good threads. That is my one complain about FR, too many not important threads.
Trump's town hall was NOT shown on NBC, but rather CNBC and MSNBC..
I see what you did there, NBC.. D*CKS.
