The 1st Amendment forbids government from interfering with free speech (among other things). But that prohibition does not apply to private companies. Altough, companies that receive govt contracts or otherwise receive govt funding can lose said contracts or funding. I dont think Twitter falls into either category, though, nor is it a part of the government.

Are they a publisher/private company?
OR
Are they a platform/the modern, digital 'public square' that our Founders never even dreamed of in the 18th century?

Add to that, at this point in time, they are a monopoly.
Add to that those government exemptions were big part of them becoming a monopoly.
Add to that there are (unconstitutional) election laws that we all are subject to.
