Her account appears to be up now but I was probably wrong earlier. Seeing others posted on twitter that she was locked out also. I just woke up after a strong muscle relaxer knocked me out after hurting my back again. So very sorry for not believing!

Locked means you cant post anything new for 12 hours. Its what happened to me a few days ago, I was put in “Twitter jail” for 12 hours for tweeting to Dan Rather “Are you retarded, you dont know the difference between packing the court and replacing a vacancy” for that I was put into twitter jail, I was given an option, either remove the tweet or be put into jail for 24 hours

No, you were not wrong. I tried to go to it from Twitter when I heard the news. It was indeed locked out. It was just unlocked within the last 15 minutes or so

It was shut down and you could not enter. Message said this account is locked or suspended - something like that. Appears to have been opened back up in the last 15 minutes or so

Perhaps there are automatic triggers (certain words or phrases) that lock an account until a human takes a look and then either proceeds with next steps (jail, etc.) or removes the lock if it was a mistaken lock.
