I’m not smart enough to know if there is a lawsuit that could be brought that could make its way to the SCOTUS.
I’m not good with how the courts work on things like that.
Like which court would hear or dismiss it first.
Trump did tweet a liberal media org that talked about it. i think its still up. Twitter would have to delete a link to a CNBC article.
