The shot fired by Ziminski was a pivotal moment in the evening and may have played a key role in the violent events of that night. As noted by the New York Times, which exhaustively reviewed available footage of Rittenhouse from that evening, Rittenhouse appears to have been fleeing an increasingly agitated mob of protesters until he was cornered in the lot of a car dealership. Video taken of the shooting appears to show that right before Rittenhouse shot and killed Rosenbaum, there was a nearby muzzle flash and gunshot sound from the same direction that Rosenbaum was charging.

Did the Ziminski scum fire the shot that killed the RosEmbalm scum?
That’s not clear. If it was a warning shot only, it got Rittenhouse to look as see Rosenbaum charging him, allowing Rittenhouse to defend himself.
What was the supposed purpose of this "warning" shot?

According to the account Kyle was facing Rosy, but the kill shot was in Rosy’s back in the coroner’s report. So from the description of being with his wife this Ziminski may have been the killer.
The muzzle flash in the video was not from the direction Kyle was running, but from the lower left side of the video - apparently shooting up and to the right - in the direction of Rosy and Kyle. Kyle had shot Rosy several times but in the front when the kill shot was administered.
Many of the rioters can be seen in the video openly carrying pistols either in their hands or holstered. Some minutes before the shooting started at the corner gas station the Skateboard guy can be seen with Rosy and another tall thin long bearded guy and his girl friend asll being very belligerent and argumentative - this guy is carrying a pistol in his hand. Another poster on YT said, at the time, the tall thin guy (maybe Ziminski) was Rosy’s killer.
Unfortunately, the coroner does not indicate in the report the caliber of the wounds. Until that is known, the Ziminski story is just a story.
I’ll tell you what. That kid did a combat maneuver that would impress the most veteran warrior.

2. I like what Kyle's sling did for him in these encounters. Without that, he would have received the intended beatdown or worse in the second encounter. Any identification on the sling he used or recommendations on the best sling for this mission?
3. I asked at the time how the Antifa terrorists would modify their tactics based on this encounter. In my opinion, we just got an answer. I suspect the Keltner/Dolloff shooting was another step in their revenge and evolving tactics:

Note in your pic that Dolloff was not sprayed. The spray was directed to his right at Dolloff’s employer, reporter Jacob Kelly and another agitator. Dolloff ran from the scene showing no effect from the spray. The reporter, also unaffected by the pepper spray, told the police at the scene “The guy on the ground was going to mace me. That was my security guy. He just protected my f*#^ing life”. Um, no. He did not “protect your life”. He murdered a guy for spraying OC in your direction. Neither you nor Dolloff were in any danger.
Agree with your opinion that the guy who fired the shot in Kenosha was trying to instigate a reaction. He tried to look as nonchalant as he could to avoid drawing attention to himself, not even looking toward the action as he walked by and fired.
They’re trying to start some shit that they can blame on us, with the media’s collaboration.

As I reported on @khow radio, I just got off the phone with owner of Gen1 Protection, the armed security business that Jeremiah Elliott lists as his employer. He told me it is FALSE that Elliott worked there for one year. /3
According to the Gen1 Protection owner, Elliott didn’t last more than a week & didn’t even make it to the stage of submitting to a CBI check, FBI check or InstaCheck. He was terminated for being “unreliable,” Gen1 Protection’s owner told me. /4

Good point: Affidavit is sloppy, incomplete & inaccurate as written — and those of you who have dug deep into available images, video & testimonials all see it. There’s much more we’re NOT seeing yet...and God knows how much more being suppressed. /7

This is badly written. Doloff’s aggression is left out. The slap is not unprovoked. Doloff moves aggressively towards Keltner, attempts to grab the pepper spray THEN is slapped back. Doloff then draws a concealed weapon, while Keltner retreats, while Doloff advances and fires.
