London — More European countries have decided to reimpose nationwide lockdown measures to counter fast-rising coronavirus infection rates. Northern Ireland announced Wednesday that it would become the first among the United Kingdom's four nations to try a so-called circuit breaker lockdown. The tactic will see pubs and restaurants closed for all but takeout service, all schools closed and many other businesses greatly restricted for a short, defined period to try and break the cycle of spiraling infections.

Israel became the first country globally to reimpose a nationwide lockdown to stem COVID-19 infections when it ordered much of the economy and all schools to close on September 18. The government has now extended the restrictions to last a full month, until October 18. Other countries are quickly following suit.

They played Russian Roulette and the round misfired so they are pulling the trigger again.

“No way in hell “AMERICANS” will put up with that sh*& again!”

I see people mowing their lawns, running, bicycling and driving their cars with masks on. These are sheep. Obedient sheep. Edward Bernays (he should have been strangled in his cradle) knew what it takes to get Americans in line for tyranny.

As long as hospitals have enough capacity the world has to go on. We can not shut it down.

American females will certainly do so; in fact, they will demand it...

Not all, especially in the rural and semi-rural areas. The urban and suburban soccer mom types, though? Yep, I'd say you have it pegged correctly.

Reality check.

COVID-19 is airborne.

That means, “in the air, everywhere”.

It is ENDEMIC.

We will ALL get exposed..over and over.
MANY of us will “test positive”, mostly without symptoms.
SOME of us will be “symptomatic”, and a subset will be really sick.
And (unfortunately) a FEW of us will die.

This is NOT the Bubonic plague.
This is NOT the Spanish Influenza.

Tear off that face diaper.
Breathe deeply. Inhale some COVID.
Build up your immune system.
And LIVE!

And ALL the usual news outlets as well as local stations are trumpeting the same talking points and using the same language.
_____________________________________________________________

And with all the low-hanging fruit(elderly, co-modbidity carriers) gone, death-wise, death rates tanked. Flatten the curve became stop the spread.

Viruses normally do not allow that to happen.

It’s important to realize that this is happening worldwide, not just here in the U.S. as a way to get rid of President Trump.

I think the world is now too interconnected for anything to happen to a single country. If China had the people in place and the where-with-all to implement a coup of sorts in the US, it is a cinch that other Western nations, especially those who are used to following the US around, would run with the same BS. Heck, if Hollywood presented wearing a paper bag over your head as the latest fashion, it would be in London and Paris the next day. Imagine how something scary like a "pandemic" would affect people.

I was going to do the same and also email Ivey’s office. Maybe if they get enough of these they will relent. I certainly hope so.

I agree. My point was for those have the idea that the Wuhan/CCP virus is only happening in the U.S. to make Trump look bad and would magically go away if he were defeated next month. I have no doubt the press coverage would completely change.

My wife is a true believer in all things virus as sermonized by the media, the fauci, the scarf, and whatever fear monger.

I have a cousin who is supposedly even way more scared and neurotic. Knowing him, I believe it.

Any time I dare to mock, question or blaspheme the virus religion at home, I get some grief and I shrug it off.

Maybe, maybe not. I don’t know how China’s economy is doing right now. Besides the dead from the virus (and I really believe their death numbers) China has had problems with flooding this year, and viruses that are attacking their poultry and hog populations.

Also, many perhaps even some in Europe are not enjoying the ‘made in China’ label on their goods. We’ll see.

This is nothing but lies and fear being whipped up to control the population.
