First degree murder to nothing?

“First degree murder to nothing?”
1. You did not read the article.
2. IL never had a murder charge.

McGinnis stated that he (McGinnis) has handled many ARs and that the defendant was not handling the weapon very well.Virtue-signal much?
I'd like to see any other civilian (any age) handle the AR any better, under do-or-die fearsome pressure, than Kyle Rittenhouse did.
I was amazed the day after and I'm still amazed now.

Good. He was chosen for persecution because of which side he’s on, not because of his actions.
The social media deleted any post that was favorable to him. I want the social media ceo’s arrested and thrown in jail for 40 years.
To: SJackson
They can’t fully drop charges until the election is over.

First degree murder to nothing? No, the self-defense incident occurred in Wisconsin and he is still facing charges in Wisconsin. The Lake County States Attorney Michael Nerheim in Illinois was showboating by attempting to pile on additional gun possession charges if Rittenhouse had ever brought his gun into the state of Illinois. This Illinois-based,loathsome, puke prosecutor Michael Nerheim is blatantly attempting to insert himself into a case with national interest to raise his own profile.

In WI I'd say so. Rosenbaum had a gunshot wound to the right groin which fractured his pelvis, a gunshot wound to the back which perforated his right lung and liver, a gunshot wound to the left hand, a superficial gunshot wound to his lateral left thigh, and a graze gunshot wound to the right side of his forehead. pretty much indicates there was incoming fire and the fatal shot entered Rosenbaum's back. All the video I've seen shows him facing Rittenhouse. The second video, imo, was clearly self-defense.

Don’t know much about him. He’s a Democrat, but ran unopposed in the last election.

Did someone else shoot Rosenbaum beside Kyle Rittenhouse? Rosenbaum has 4 gunshot wounds according to the autopsy. Rittenhouse fired 3 or 4 shots but one hit the ground. I wonder if someone shot at Kyle but missed and hit Rosenbaum instead.

“Meant in Illinois no. “
IL does not prosecute murders in Wisconsin.

“Rittenhouse fired 3 or 4 shots but one hit the ground.”
... and a graze gunshot wound to the right side of his forehead.

Right, the charges are in WI

This particular coverage of the events just has the skateboard victim as jumping over the defendant (Kyle) and did not cover that this person hit Kyle with a skateboard before jumping over him. In several other places it minimizes the attacks against Kyle to make it seem that Kyle’s actions could have been way out of proportion to what was occurring.
