“First degree murder to nothing?”
1. You did not read the article.
2. IL never had a murder charge.

First degree murder to nothing? No, the self-defense incident occurred in Wisconsin and he is still facing charges in Wisconsin. The Lake County States Attorney Michael Nerheim in Illinois was showboating by attempting to pile on additional gun possession charges if Rittenhouse had ever brought his gun into the state of Illinois. This Illinois-based,loathsome, puke prosecutor Michael Nerheim is blatantly attempting to insert himself into a case with national interest to raise his own profile.

In WI I'd say so. Rosenbaum had a gunshot wound to the right groin which fractured his pelvis, a gunshot wound to the back which perforated his right lung and liver, a gunshot wound to the left hand, a superficial gunshot wound to his lateral left thigh, and a graze gunshot wound to the right side of his forehead. pretty much indicates there was incoming fire and the fatal shot entered Rosenbaum's back. All the video I've seen shows him facing Rittenhouse. The second video, imo, was clearly self-defense.
