There’s a difference between being a ‘mega bitch’ and being an ignorant tool. Jill Biden has never impressed me as being a great intellect. She’s just another female who hooked herself to a man; and she simply hasn’t seemed to me at all enthusiastic about this current effort - sometimes in events, she’s actually appeared to be afraid.
(Maybe she IS being ‘paid’, in one way or another - who knows?)
