The 'world' has also let over 60 MILLION future Americans die at the hands of AMERICANS; too.

Do 'we' owe anyone anything because of this?

I don’t disagree with anything you said. We are in the process of receiving Gods judgement for the sacrifice of children at the Satanic alter of selfishness.
