If Trump loses, they'll charge Trump, his family, and staff with various made-up crimes as they did to General Kelly, Papadopoulos, Scooter Libby, etc. If Trump wins, that only puts the problem off for 4 years unless another Republican wins or there are enough honest, moderate Democrats to take their party back.
