If [Dolloff] was operating as a security guard, it was in violation of the law.
Maybe it belongs to the new wife’s family.
He threw away a heck of a good life for hatred instilled in him by the MSM created entirely by lies.
"The television station just got owned by the relatives of the murdered man. I mean owned as all they are worth."
I agree. I don’t think he was employed by Pinkerton save maybe in the mail room. Pinkerton has firearms policies up the wazoo.
It's strange that there has been no statement released about that.
It will be interesting to find out the exact relationship between NBC and its local affiliate. The absence of the necessary permit means the station is liable for punitive damages, and we’ll see if that applies to NBC.
Actually one or more of the victim’s relatives witnessed the murder and can recover pain & suffering aka general damages under California law, because those are personal to them. Good call on punitive damages.
Police chief mentioned it in a video report.
He mentioned who was carrying it? That was the point you made that I was referring to.
But yeah, I’ve seen nothing else about it.
No, he just said two guns were recovered at the scene.
So, we know nothing. Could be a second gun was on the shooter (common, usually on an ankle) or the victim may have been carrying.
In the pic you were referring to Dolloff was reaching way in towards the big guy's hand holding the pepper spray. I'd say a move like that was more than enough reason to swat him a good one.
Right. So, like I said, it seems strange that they haven’t made a statement about whose gun the second one was.
“The television station just got owned by the relatives of the murdered man. I mean owned as all they are worth.”
Probably not. The relatives would have a wrongful death lawsuit. The way damages are measured in a wrongful death action is different than if the victim had survived. Wrongful death usually produces damages far less than the other situation. In addition, 9News and Pinkerton are insured. So their insurance premiums will go up.
The sad thing is that friends of mine who run good security firms will also see their premiums go up because Pinkerton and 9News could not vette their employees responsibly.
I was just looking at the photo where the slap is happening. It looks like there may be a pistol under the victim’s vest on his left side. Take a look.
I think I see what you're referring to. Victim's left side? I'm not sure there is a firearm there. Dolloff's hand is close though and could have been moved away from the vic's left side by the slap.
That would be even more reason to use the pepper spray and it would explain the 2nd gun recovered.
Oh shutup with your warning, you troll.
Why did you post that he owned that farm and how lovely it was when you had no information that he owned that farm. Seems like you were trying to make him out to be something he wasn’t without any evidence.
While on more than one thread you are chasising the victim for even being out there at a rally and for bringinng his “child” who is actually a 24 year old adult.
thats not his farm
so he doesn’t own this property. living with mama and stepdaddy, like most of these antifa thugs.
I suspect in the end the news people out there are around his age and pro Antifa and know him via social media or other ways and used his affiliation to film.
