The reporter was not being threatened in any way, so there was no need for the "security guard" to have his gun out. The 9News doofusses were fully responsible for the shooting.

The “reporter” obviously conspired to create the murder incident. He knew he had his pit bull nut with gun and taunted and begged someone to pepper spray him and see what happens. He knew what would happen. He should also be charged at min accesory to murder 1. News station should be sued out of business for wrongful death after. Did the station have them in the field to do a story, or was the boss/handler in on the scheme? Phone message records please.
