IMO, this election is rigged, and will be nullified.
I can’t figure why it hasn’t gone to the Supreme Court to require safe, secure voting procedures..
The election, as it is right now, with nothing being done, will be decided in the House of Representatives. One vote per state.
Voting procedures....
They probably have to remind postal workers to wear official outfits and not their Biden-Harris or BLM shirts and caps.
If they can have old time drop boxes and slots for the videotape and then dvd returns at rental stores long ago, they can manufacture some uniform , secure voting ones for all precincts. A few have cardboard boxes inside the lobby of the election officials’ area of City Hall. Others have metal boxes as for donations of clothes to charity. Some say give it to the letter carrier (who is on his way to a Biden rally after work——probably not a joke.)
Because the judges including SCOTUS (Kagan, Sotomayor, Roberts, Breyer) are in on it.
I agree. However, Election laws are at the STATE level.
It could not be any simpler to ensure the most above board elections. A photo ID with a biological safety such as a fingerprint of the ID holder on record.
Even without the fingerprint the photo ID will immensely increase the safety and deter the cheating in elections.
Also there can .be NO excuses for allowing someone to vote without producing the photo ID.
Everyone knows this is effective, even the liberals which is why they oppose it.
All it takes is the will to get it done.
I think you're wrong. A lot has to happen before it gets to that.
The Supreme Court won't do anything other than affirm that the state legislature have the responsibility to act first.
If a state's election cannot be resolved in time for the Electoral College meeting, then the state legislatures will exercise their Article II Section 1 Clause 2 power and directly appoint their Electors. Any state legislature that fails to take action will simply not participate in the Electoral College, denying their state the right to vote for President. That is a political decision that will weigh heavily on state voters the next time their state representatives are up for re-election.
It is only after the Electoral College meets and ties (or nobody gets a majority of appointed Electors) that the House will get to vote. I think the likelihood of either of those scenarios occurring is extremely low.

Safe, secure, voting procedures would require (1) voters presenting ID to prove they are registered in the location they are voting. (2) Physical, hard-copy ballots that have been designed and tested to be robust (no “hanging chads”), and (3) a true copy of said ballot given to the voter as a receipt of proof of the vote, to be used as a last resort in any recount or if there is any question of voters’ intent.
Additionally, no votes would be counted before polls close on election day, no results would be announced until ALL results are in, and reporting of “exit polls” would be illegal until after all polls are closed.
