The key to not spreading the c-virus in a crowd seems to be staying outside. The spread at the White House probably happened at the indoor reception after the Rose Garden.

The troublemaker (if I heard correctly) was trying his best to get a violent reaction out of anyone out of the crowd, even going up to a black man and calling him a "house n-word".
Was the troublemaker also the fake bodyguard? I'm fuzzy on that.
