Actually, the middle class retirement is invested in 401 k’s that inturn are invested in mutoal funsa and common stocks.
The middle class at present is dependent on a healthy and profitable market for corporate securities. The middle class net worth has had a very large increase during the Trump administration that is entirely the result of stock market gains and resultant 401 k increases
That increase in common wealth is hidden and certainly unmentioned by any socialist source

Our Founders wanted to leave us a country whose leadership was free from foreign influence. And given the emergency powers the President wields, a special phrase was added to remind us of the importance of that point. Remember, her father became a US citizen later in life; her mother never immigrated here. And if I read her biography correctly, she was born in Oakland of parents here on visas (subject to the authority of the issuers of their passports). Her mother moved her up to Canada, and she returned in time to matriculate through a CA high school. Both parents’ country of origin practice jus sanguinis, or citizenship by bloodline instead of the feudalistic citizenship by location of birth.
