I have stood on the busiest corner on the South Shore of Staten Island and held up a Trump/ Malliotakis (Rose’s GOP challenger) sign for three 90 minute periods during rush hour. I showed my sign to 7,000 drivers The response was easily 15 to 1 positive. Subgroups: women 18 to 35 (just by guess - I spoke to no one) about 18 to 1 positive.
Of NYC bus drivers, all in Democrat controlled unions, who responded 24 of 26 were positive.
