Here in GA, approximately 5% of the adult population has a Georgia Weapons License, the last I looked.

Any idea what that percentage is there?

New, crazy, liberal anti-gun HR manager called me into the office one day and asked to search my car (parked in city parking deck) for weapons as per new, severe anti-gun policy at bank (no firearms for employees, vendors, visitors, or clients).....since I had "State Police Concealed Firearms Instructor" on my required outside business activities, she knew I had access to firearms.

I asked her if she had a warrant since my car was in a city parking deck. She responded, "our bank underwrote the bonds that finance the deck, so if the city defaults, it is OUR parking deck". I got up, walked out and said, "let me know when the city defaults....until then, they'll need a search warrant".

As I walked out she informed me to sit down because she was my boss and wanted to know more information......she wanted to know which employees I trained to get a concealed handgun license!!! I told her to contact the State Police for that info, since it is against the law to disclose it, and also my boss was the sales manager, and his boss is the fixed income manager, and his boss is the CEO, and his boss is the bank owner.

I'm telling you, liberals want you dead, but they want you fired first.....

You have to be at least rich enough to afford a rural county home which you designate as your primary residence. Then, the sheriff of that county will issue you a permit which is good state-wide. Of course the law makes no sense. You can only get the permit from your local police or sheriff, but the permit is good in any city or county.

Correct, my inlaws have a lake home up at Lake Isabella (Kern Co, CA) and a second (larger) home in Thousand Oaks, CA (Ventura Co, CA). They all worked in LA area and had CCW.

That was a few years ago before they all escaped the commies and moved to CO, WY, ID, etc.
