Republicans need to DEFINE court-packing. Believe it or not, there are many who believe Republicans have been “packing” the court by confirming so many judges. Democrats have been trying to misapply the definition to mean confirming lots of judges. Republicans need to call it “expanding and politicizing” the judiciary, or some other similar nugget. They are losing time.
