Like election polling, those numbers are probably off. How many people would willingly volunteer information about owning firearms to a polling agency?
I suppose if you think your firearms are already "on the grid", answering doesn't matter too much.
Still, it might give the raving loons on the Left food for thought with respect to pursuing their glorious revolution.

Why would anyone admit to a survey to owning guns. Let the bad guy be surprised.

And another 20% of Republicans are smart enough to keep their defense secret.

Demonrats need to give up their guns. You don’t get to have the right to arms when you vote for the anti-personal defense party.

So if you’re a daylight burglar, your odds are better at the house with a Biden sign in the yard.

I wonder what percentages had a gun on his or her person at the time he or she was answering the question.

...LOL....! How timely.... I just got done popping some .32 ACPs at my local gun range...through one of several that I own and shoot regularly.... I plan on enjoying my 2nd Amendment rights while I still have them...under a Harris/Biden administration, with that nut-cake Robert Francis O’Rourke as their gun buyback [sic] czar, I might not have those rights......jus’ sayin’ ......
