The U.S. Attorneys office in Portland, Ore., has charged a man with arson, days after the Multnomah County district attorney failed to indict him on multiple felony charges. According to court records, a circuit court judge dismissed the charges on October 2 when they either expired or the court received no indictment. Now the feds have taken over to prosecute a crime the DA should have pursued.

The Multnomah County DA, Soros-funded and antifa-aligned Mike Schmidt, announced shortly after taking office in July that he would not pursue prosecution for many riot crimes committed in Portland,

There's a new sheriff in town. Maybe so, but will there be any hangings?

This is awesome. Soros backed DA’s and local courts are cut out of the equation.
Make examples of these clowns and publicize the long sentences.

St. Louis grand jury indicts McCloskeys on gun charges. Protect your own home using your 2nd Amendment rights and get prosecuted. Throw a fire bomb at the police and its no big deal

Partner, put them in jail for at least the next 10 years and see if that rehab works. If not give them 20 years minimum.
The American people are sick and tired of the rioting, looting and throwing firebombs at buildings to watch them burn to the ground.
These idiots can not realize that someone put the money and it is a well run business just to watch it burn to the ground.
BLM and Antifa do not care what they do since George Soros is paying them to do what they do best.
I have been saying this before that they need to experience the joys of getting pepper sprayed by our guys and them throw tear gas canisters at them.
If the pepper spray and tear gas canisters do not work then they will need a good dose of rubber bullets and use real bullets if the crowds do not disperse.
We need to start jail times for these criminals.

Why do you try to minimize a major victory for justice?

Why do you try to minimize a major victory for justice?Scoffing is a defensive mechanism for our FRiends who have grown conditioned to losing, and a suppressive weapon for our enemies who seek to demoralize our weaker FRiends.

Why do you try to minimize a major victory for justice? Justice is served when the criminal receives punishment for the crime, not because there is a "New Sheriff In Town"

So I do have reason to question your patriotism.
Patriotism is, before all else, attitude.

And this is why the mayor of Portland tried to get the Federal DoJ to pull its deputization of local law enforcement - because the Feds WILL prosecute the criminals.

It was an interesting look-see at the ‘Antifah Watch’ pages of those arrested, many have drug ‘Acne’. I suspect they're pay goes to their drug use, which keeps them hyped up to do the damage, plus they get free food delivered, first aid, and sleep tents provided by the city and charity organizations.
Reminds me of provisional care of ISIS, juicing up their fighters 24/7 and providing food and shelter through funding by Iran and other Islamic states.
The people of Oregon are enabling this every day. Just as communities offered shelter and food for ISIS..

The problem is that the “evidence” required didn’t arrive at all, not late. Is this a legal loophole or a planned jailbreak? That is determined at the highest level and what they are working with is the lack of provided proof. That means the folks at the lowest level are not doing their job, intentionally or not.
So, is nailing someone to the cross that is just doing their job as defined by the people that should be nabbed going to get the real instigators?
The cemeteries are full of people like they could be. Look at the Clintons. They’ve made lucrative careers out of people accidentally dying. In some cases with absolutely no explanation. (see Epstein, same process)
So is that beat cop going to say anything, or the people just above them? Not only no, but.... And as long as it doesn’t get asked, who’s going to care. And as long as it stays in the local as the state is part of the game and the feds can’t go in to do anything with local crime, no harm no foul.
I’m willing to bet Agard-Berryhill has the possibility of release and/or the life span of a fly in prison as he will be the only one that could tell anything. If he’s an arsonist, he goes to prison. If he was a plant by the libs in Oregon......accidents happen.
