Yep, we both need a long soaking rain badly.
I guess the farmers here are happy to be able to get crops in, what with it being so dry, but they can take a break for a couple of days. We need to breathe!

Did Gizmo behave better yesterday or dig he drag his food dish off again to hide?
He rolled around several times here. That's probably why he smells so smelly this morning
Unfortunately we lost the rabies tag at this post yesterday but the vet does have a replacement coming for us. Thankfully we didn't lost the City of Comanche tag.
Are they getting the cotton picked now? I know you’ll be glad when that experiment is done with. LOL!
Guess I’d better go. These antibiotics are making me feel kind of icky. But I’ll be done with them in a few days. See ya tomorrow!
Good boy, Gizmo.
Hmmmm, maybe not quite so good. He DID find something super-smelly to roll in, from the sound of things. LOL
Roh roh on losing his rabies tag. At least getting a replacement tag is easy enough to take care of.
No, the cotton isn’t quite ready to be harvested yet but it’s getting there. But there are plenty of other fields around the county being harvested, primarily soybeans now. The corn has pretty much all been harvested. Harvest season goes on for quite a while. Dry weather does speed it up a little but yuck, the dust we’re stuck with.
Bummer that the meds make you feel a little icky. I hope they’re doing the intended job so you’ll be back up to snuff soon!
Now THAT is a good looking cake!!!
