Newsom said he did not know if there were more people self-isolating.
But when asked about his own testing history, Newsom said: “I haven’t been tested positive, and I’ve been tested on multiple occasions. I’ve highlighted two occasions recently, including the last occasion which was when the president visited and I look forward to getting tested again.” That meeting with Trump was on September 14. Newsom said he was tested several times leading up the Trump’s arrival.

Political figures being evasive about their testing history is bad.
When all the lefties were gloating about Trump and other GOP infections last week I said “just wait”. While there are great appearances of political division in the country, behind the scenes these people and their many staffers swarm around and collide into each other like ants. I said you could lay odds that this will spread around among many other politicians and their aides and lobbyists and other hangers on in short order - whatever it is 4-10 days from exposure. The virus has no political affiliation, and the people spreading it mostly only have appearances of political affiliation while their real task at hand is to suck off the taxpayer teat every way they can imagine.
