I’m a retiree from University of Michigan. In our monthly paper today it said: U of M has opened a satellite clerk of court office on campus and established a voting center where you can register to vote and cast early your absentee ballot. It has stats from 2016 election that 41% of students voted and they expect it to be higher this year. They called it a game-changer. Probably not the only University doing this.
Numbers on the ground according to FReeper LS, are that the Dems ground game is FAILING badly: GOP is leading in mail-in ballots, and turnout is down among college-aged tykes.
