I would like to know what Brennan’s briefing of Obama actually consisted of. I doubt that he said, “We’ve intercepted Russian intelligence that Hillary Clinton is going to try to vilify Trump by claiming that he’s conspiring with the Russians.”
More likely it was that, “It appears that the Russians have learned that Hillary Clinton is trying to vilify Trump by asking us to investigate Trump for conspiring with the Russians.”
Obama: “How did they find out?”
Brennan: “We don’t know yet. Either they have infiltrated the Clinton campaign or they have infiltrated the FBI.”
Obama: “Let’s call Putin and make sure they aren’t going to spill the beans.”
Brennan: “OK.”
Obama: “And find out who gave them the info. We can’t afford for this to become public.”
Brennan: “OK.”
Obama: “Also, expedite the investigation of Trump. The sooner we’re ready to spring the trap, the lower the risk that a leak will undermine our efforts.”
I’ll buy that Brennan had such notes and that he briefed Obama, made a referral to the FBI, etc. But Brennan is such a snake that only a fool would take anything he said or did at face value.
How did Brennan supposedly learn that the Russians believed that Clinton had launched a plan to blame them for colluding with Trump, etc.? Where did this “intel” come from, and did it work its way through the analyst ranks, or was it one of those “Brennan’s secret source” revelations?
How did Brennan eliminate at that time the possibility that the Russians might be putting this out as disinformation to cloud their “collusion” and election interference?
Did Brennan brief Obama, and send a referral to the FBI as CYA for his own role in creating the Trump coup? (I.e., throw Clinton under the bus pre-emptively). My guess is that Brennan was in this up to his next, and worked with Hillary on the logistics. Glenn Simpson and Nellie Ohr of Fusion GPS were CIA assets. Ditto Halper.
IIRC, Hillary was trying to argue that President Nixon should be denied legal counsel in the Watergate proceedings. Zeifman objected to Hillary’s flawed logic and the bogus approach she used.
1. The Obama administration and the Clinton campaign fabricated this "Russian hacking/collusion" hoax to retroactively justify the illegal surveillance of the Trump campaign during the 2016 election season.
2. Trump won the 2016 election against seemingly insurmountable odds because the campaign's leaders knew they were under surveillance and used this to feed false information to their adversaries.
Item #2 would explain why nobody has been prosecuted, since it may have involved assistance from foreign intelligence assets.

I’m tired of reading all the posts about Trump doing nothing. Have any of you complainers stopped to think what the plotters have threatened to do if Trump has them arrested? They have control of suitcase nukes and biological weapons all over the country. You can bet your ass they’ve vowed to start setting them off if things get too hot for them. They’re playing for keeps and they have zero regard for life. Sure, let’s call their bluff. Trump has a plan. I trust it.
John Brennan is now saying that what he did in telling Obummer about the hoax, was not illegal.
However, WHAT THEY DID OR DID NOT DO AFTER THAT IS CERTAINLY ILLEGAL.
We cannot forget ALL the laws that were broken after that meeting, they are multiple and serious.
The evidence now shows that, since 2016, Obama, Biden, Brennan, Comey, Clapper, the FBI/CIA and the rest of the DeepStaters knew about the lies and for the last 3.5 years were involved in the plot to overthrow a Constitutionally elected President of the United States.
And if indictments and arrests are not issued within a few hours, Barr and Durham confirm they are also willing co-conspirators in such treason.
