"Good riddance!"

Yes it would, but then why is he a named participant in today's 11 am DOJ national security briefing?

So why not create an atmosphere of CHAOS, "rats fleeing sinking ship" narrative

Because President Trump can destroy that narrative with a tweet: "Remember, they're called rats for a reason, but a good Captain tries to save the ship, and I will never give up saving America."

“Why in the hell didn’t this stuff happen 2 years ago.”

I think it is because President Trump needs to win this war both legally and politically.

If he had won it legally, but not politically, then they would all have been locked up two years ago, only to be fully pardoned by the incoming Democrat administration.

Being “political prisoners“ would look great on their resumés, they would all become martyrs and folk heroes of the Left.

If Trump lost the political battle, the Republicans would end up the “bad guys” the “authoritarians” - found guilty in the “court of public opinion“ of abuse of power “worse than Watergate”.

He has to win both legally and politically for any of it to stick.

Maybe that is why it is taking so long.

Just a theory...

The FBI has become totally politicalized, and is working with the Democrat party to break laws and overthrow a U.S. Constitution.

If the FBI was a private business, then they would have been shut down. All the employees involved in an attempted coup of a sitting U.S. President would be in prison.

Actually "Rumours" was the album by Fleetwood Mac.

A pretty decent album at that. I actually liked the double-album "Tusk" better - I know I'm in the minority on that.

Chris Christy suggested him.to the President. Wray defended Christy in the Bridgegate.

He won’t step down today. Will announce he won’t redact documents due to national security.

You’re telling me I trusted Wray for nothing?

Another of the “trust”-types from the letter people bites the dust...

How many is that now?

I noticed that a few times...Trump smooths the lapel checks the fit...its like a soldier going into battle...checks the feel of the webbing...all the gear in place.

It’s “taking so long” because the GOP is using the ongoing coup to hamstring POTUS and the MAGA agenda.

Substantive Congressional oversight in 2016-17 could have nipped much of the “resistance” in this in the bud. The questions is: why did the GOP not perform their Connotationally granted duties?

Obviously, the did not want the MAGA agenda to move forward and used the Mueller coup to hijack the “Trump” DOJ for two years.

Agree on Ryan. Nunes has never been the same after Ryan removed him from that committee. He’s back to being a typical beltway gum flapper.

Fire his ass before he gets a chance to resign. Then try him, convict him and lock him up. Just another deep state piece of schiff.

I won't try to answer your question, but when was the last time you met a Ma & Pa Democrat on the street that is smart enough to even ask a question like that about their own party? Such an incredible cult they are.

Someone close to Trump told him Wray was a good guy.

I think Trump’s biggest shortcoming was failing to realize early enough that the Federal Government is not a meritocracy, like his companies. Only the slimiest operators can rise to the top at FedGov.

You should start using search ... duckduckgo ... not google. Then you would not ask stupid questions. This is basic knowledge stuff.
