Elsewhere he cited her for not negotiating in good faith. They were going to keep on insisting on bailing out blue states. paying their pals, and pushing abortion and blaming Trump when he wouldn't sign on anyway.

Trump's walking away from insulting offers doesn't mean they cannot come back and make a reasonable offer. It just means they have to make the next move.
