Here in OH and tied in w/ campaign as a volunteer we see Ohio by 6-8%. He did not lose any votes in OH. Biden has really cut back on ads too, so move the money to where the battle is PA, MN, WI.

That is the way I am taking it. He has them in the bag and is trying to hold PA and MI and cut into Biteme territory like MN, NH and NV. If he’s pulling out of OH and IA because they are lost PA is a moot point anyway. I think this is a good sign.
