San Diego has a "Chinese School". It located in the Kearny Mesa area. I passed it often on my way down to Fry's Electronics. Their website is here

Not to make too much of this, but it seems to me that that school is NOT an issue as it uses traditional characters.

Mainland uses simplified characters.

Just saying.
