If I was President and a department head came to me with that excuse I'd give them 24 hours to find them and if they keep stonewalling they get fired. People need to know they can't stonewall. Maybe someone will legitimately be confused about where the docs are, but if they can't galvanize the organization to find their own stuff that the President has asked for then they don't deserve the job anyway.

I would have fired every never-me, from generals to janitors, in a nanosecond. I would appoint civil servants to political offices just so I could fire them.
Trump should have learned quick....fire all rat staff, fire all military promoted by the african and fire all staff that worked with Brennan, Comey, etc....
