The episode set the tone for the rest of his administration, with Trump creating alternate realities around issues big and small, amplified by the help of friendly media outlets. He frequently touts records and milestones that don’t exist. He spreads baseless rumors about his political opponents, including declaring without evidence that Joe Biden, his Democratic rival in the 2020 presidential campaign, might be on drugs in their debate.

The last couple of AP stories I’ve seen have been just ridiculous. I did not read this one - title was enough.
What I’m seeing is people are saying if Trump can get it, with all the precautions taken for the President/Leader of the Free World, what the heck are we doing with the silly mask mandates, lock downs, etc etc. causing us to lose our freedoms, jobs, our American way of life, social isolation, the whole 9 yards. If HE can get it, anyone can get it. We want back to NORMAL, the OLD normal, not the ‘new’ normal crap. I think the dam of ‘obedience/compliance’ is going to break at Thanksgiving (CDC already trying to limit gatherings, etc.) if not sooner.

Ivor Cummins has some great videos out about Vit D. If you are below 30 ng/ml, you are 10x more likely to have a severe case of COVID. One reason Italy was hit so hard - higher latitude & many of the elderly there were 20 & below.

What else (besides latitude, seasons, etc.) causes low Vit D? Metabolic Syndrome & it is epidemic in this country. Obesity does not cause heart attacks, etc .... obesity is one of the ‘symptoms’ of Metabolic Syndrome.
