I AGREE, I do nit approve of Chinese American food or any hyphenated food. but like other cultures, Chinese-American food is foreign in China and all the rage.

Well they eat so well that a treat once a week won’t do them any harm.
Either that or there will be a lot of fat Chinese in a few years :)
What an interesting fact. I had no idea.
Even though I have family in Sicily, I have no idea if Italian American food is eaten in Italy/Sicily.
Now I have to find out :)
