Those tests mean nothing to me. Yes you need to do them. But they are so problematic.

Milan's star striker (soccer) tested negative and then next day tested positive. It appears his is not a false positive. Others on the team have Covid so it is spreading there.

So it's possible the viral load for Zlatan Ibrahimović was not high enough for one test but the next one it was high enough. Could he have been shedding during the negative test? I am not sure they really definitively know.
